MEMBERSHIP COST

The annual cost is $295/per individual (includes: 4 luncheons, a member social & great networking). Each member may invite one guest per luncheon, provided space is available, at a cost of $60. There will be no refund if a member is unable to fulfill his/her membership.

MEETING FREQUENCY

Quarterly lunch meetings will be held on the third Friday of each scheduled month. Meetings include a guest speaker, open mic for deal promotion/marketing, company announcement, industry news and great networking with key industry professionals.

Membership in ADAM-Austin Energy Network is restricted to high-level/senior management directly involved in A&D from E&P companies and to a limited number of Private-Equity Firm, Asset-Marketing Firm or M&A Advisory Firm. Members are “deal makers”, those directly involved with the acquisition or divestiture of upstream oil & gas assets. Due to seating restrictions, membership is limited to 250 members and must be approved.
